Excited for the first ever Nevada Cup, Kush Kards had special Vegas cards on sale—ready for a pre-roll to be inserted.
Lines of people circled around the Moapa Paiute Tribal Grounds waiting for entry into the Cup.
Inside, guests were welcomed in true Vegas-style with flashing lights and Neon signs.
Art of the HIGHEST caliber was on display throughout the event.
And artists were even on-site to create a massive HIGH TIMES graffiti wall.
I Bud You was on hand to offer their artistic talents!
Even famed artists Alex Grey and Allyson Grey—who designed the new Cannabis Cups, which will debut at this event—were in attendance, signing autographs and greeting fans.
In fact, artistry of all kinds, even glass blowing, was on display.
Magical Butter’s Top Chef Competition kicked off with it’s first day of cook-offs.
And the High Times Spa offered massages for a little stress relief.
Within the VIP Section, folks lined up to receive their exclusive gift bags.
And VIPs were treated to incredible giveaways from the ladies at My Bud Vase (pictured here with High Times Editor-in-Chief Mike Gianakos).
Educational seminars went on throughout the day, with Senator Tick Segerblom making an appearance on the “Nevada: The Road to Recreational Use” panel.
Rosin presses were prominently on display.
Even this unique, one-and-only steampunk extractor made an appearance.
As always, folks came all decked out in their favorite cannabis garb to show off their love for our favorite herb.
High Times Chief Cannabis Officer Nico Escondido closed out the day’s seminars with a lesson for growers.
And as the sun set, attendees took in the beautiful views.
Ludacris put on a dope AF performance to close out the main stage, following B-Real and Chief Keef.
We think it’s fair to say, that day one was completely #cannablessed.
