Come get your medical marijuana license with the Green Doctors—either at the Cannabis Cup or prior at one of their three locations on Venice Beach. Walk-ins are welcome.
The Green Doctors main office is located at 2007 Ocean Front Walk in Venice Beach, California, 90291. Their offices are open from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., seven days a week.
You must be 18 years old with a valid ID, and you must have a medical issue that has lasted six months or longer. Out-of-state IDs are accepted. Visit one of their five licensed M.Ds today to receive your standard medical marijuana recommendation, caregivers license or cultivators license, upon qualification (you can grow up to 99 plants and possess up to six pounds).
The Green Doctors also provide 24-hour verification, either online or by phone. If you want to book an appointment or have any questions, please call them at 310-985-2233, or 310-347-2071, or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Cannabis Cup will feature the onsite HIGH TIMES living grow room! Stop to smell the flowers—live and real—and see what most have only seen in the pages of HIGH TIMES. Like stepping into a HT photo shoot, experience the set-up, lights and plants, as HIGH TIMES' favorite grow experts Danny Danko and Nico Escondido lead you on a tour of the garden, including time for discussions, questions and answers. Top growers will give demonstrations on nutrients, lighting, room conditions, harvesting and more!
The SoCal Cannabis Cup will highlight the versatility of marijuana. Even if you choose not to smoke or vape, you can still benefit from our favorite herb’s healing properties. Get relaxed at our topical massage spa and chow down with curated edible cuisine pairings in our Edibles Village. Looking to learn? Attend kitchen demos and see the pros in action during our "Taste of Cannabis" Chef Competition, in which we challenge top cannabis chefs to create their best dishes in a fast-paced, head-to-head battle to determine whose flavors are the freshest and whose techniques are the most refined and innovative.
With huge wins across the country for marijuana during the 2016 election, the 2017 US Cannabis Cup SoCal will host the HIGH TIMES Legalization Celebration Pavilion. Here, you’ll find a rally stage for activists (there's still much more work to be done!), panels on legal and veterans issues, non-profit exhibitors and the opportunity to hear from government representatives. Learn everything you need to know about the new marijuana business markets popping up around the country, and join us for our job fairs each day.
The marijuana movement is continually evolving, and the SoCal Cannabis Cup will put you at the forefront of the latest studies, technology and industry trends. Learn about the healing properties of CBD and THC at a medical research seminar; get behind-the-scenes scoop on the science of lab testing; and explore new technology at our vape pen clinic.
More interested in the expanding economic opportunities? A cannabis job fair will be offered, along with jobs panels and a bud tender workshop.
Shatter, wax, oil, crumble, sap, budder—concentrates. Call them what you want (consistency aside), dabbing is one of our favorite ways to get high, and we want to spread that love. The US Cannabis Cup will feature rosin press demonstrations, a dab rig exposition and even glass blowing! Not to mention, 710-inspired panels and seminars will offer grow tips for extract artists, touching on all types of concentrates.
